What is a credit?
One credit = one grid point scanned. A 7×7 scan uses 49 credits (7 × 7). A 13×13 scan uses 169 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy once and use them whenever you need.
What happens if a scan fails?
If a scan fails entirely due to a server or API error, all credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
How does the team feature work?
You can invite team members from Settings → Team. Each member shares the account credit balance.
