Do I need a plan, credits, or both?
Plans unlock the modules you run continuously (GBP Management, Citations). Credits fuel metered work: heatmap scans and AI visibility checks. Most agencies hold one plan and top up credits as they scan; you can also start credits-only.
Can I cancel a plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from Settings → Credits & Billing and access runs to the end of the paid period. Your data stays.
What is a credit?
One credit = one grid point scanned. A 7×7 scan uses 49 credits (7 × 7). A 13×13 scan uses 169 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy once and use them whenever you need.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Scans and AI Visibility run on credits alone. GBP Management and Citations are optional monthly plans, only if you want those modules running continuously.
What happens if a scan fails?
If a scan fails entirely due to a server or API error, all credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
How does the team feature work?
You can invite team members from Settings → Team. Each member shares the account plans and credit balance.
