Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Zuhya. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
1. Subscriptions
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Subsequent monthly or annual renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2. Consumable credits (usage add-ons)
Purchases of additional credits (e.g. for heatmap generation) are strictly non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used. If you purchase a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email melih@zuhya.com from the address associated with your account, including your order details. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle. You may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt they email you for each purchase.
4. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such rights apply, they prevail over the terms above.
