Terms of Service

1. The Service

Zuhya provides Google Maps ranking heatmaps, spatial competitor analysis, Google Business Profile insights, and related local SEO analytics. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, credits & payments

The Service is offered on a pay-per-use basis using credits and/or subscription plans as described on our pricing page. One scan consumes credits in proportion to the number of grid points scanned. The amount charged is computed by our servers and is authoritative.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes, and their terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data except as permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• exceed reasonable use that degrades the Service for others or the underlying data providers.

5. Third-party data & integrations

The Service relies on third-party providers including Google (Maps, Business Profile) and DataForSEO. When you connect a Google account, you authorize us to access the data you approve solely to provide the Service. Third-party data is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings and analytics reflect any guaranteed outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuhya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or our data providers. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The operating entity may transition to Zuhya LLC upon incorporation, at which point these Terms continue to apply to the successor entity.
